Destiny is often thought of as something predetermined and out of our control.  One of the definitions for destiny is the hidden power believed to control what will happen in the future. 

"It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves." - William Shakespeare  

We truly believe that hidden power is YOU!  The best way to predict the future is to create it. 

How well do you know what you truly want to achieve? How certain are you about your destiny? Achieving your destiny will bring you the self-respect and sense of personal fulfillment we all want.

How did you choose the path you are currently on? Was it based on making good money, or solely on a talent you have, or this career will give me importance and power, or my parents or teacher told me to do this.  If it was truly up to you, would you make the same choice for your education or career path?

Everyone has dreams, some lose sight of them, but they are always there; dreams may become buried because we failed to achieve them at some time in our life, and we gave up hope of ever achieving them. There are always clues as to what your dreams are - for example, do you hear of someone's success in a particular area of activity, and say to yourself, "I wish that were true for me."

"If you want to identify me, ask me not where I live, or what I like to eat, or how I comb my hair, but ask me what I am living for, in detail, ask me what I think is keeping me from living fully for the thing I want to live for." - Thomas Merton

One of the things that keeps us from living and following our true destiny is not fully knowing what we would LOVE to BE known as. Bernard always wanted to be known as a GREAT dad and husband, and he is a GREAT dad and husband (his three daughters, now adults, insisted he write a book about being a dad, and if your children order you to write a book, you must be great; he and his wife have been together for over 42 years and doing better than ever. What is it that you would like to be known as?

Ask yourself this question, "Is the direction I am  currently going really the one I want to travel, the one that can help me achieve my dreams?"

"I don't know what your destiny will be, but one thing I know: the only ones among you who will be really happy are those who have sought and found how to serve." - Albert Schweitzer

This statement is so true; we have worked with thousands of people, helping them determine their destiny, and EVERY person we have had the pleasure to work with, when they discovered their destiny it has always been about helping others in some way.
